I'm Katie.
This is my fitness blog. Here I post my progress and whatever information I feel is relevant. I really only lift weights. Aint nobody got time for cardio.
Feel free to ask me anything. I'm nice to everyone and I'm not cool at all.
I apologize for the hiatus; I really have no excuses. I’ve still been lifting, but not as often and my eating hasn’t been as clean. I’m getting soft and need to get back on track. I started dating an amazing chef so I’ve just been like
Here’s where I am as of 2 days ago:

I’m not unhappy with how I look, but eating crap makes me feel like crap so I need to stay on track. I’ll also try to start taking pictures with my nice camera as opposed to my camera phone.. which is the obvious smart thing to do.
8 month progress. I’m pretty damn proud of myself so far.
I did this with lots of strength training, minimal cardio, and the primal diet.
Btw I switched my fitblr from my secondary blog to this one so I can have replies enabled and whatnot. So follow me here, you wonderful people.
I’ve switched my fitblr to my primary blog, so I won’t be using this one any longer. So go follow me if you want to keep up with my incredibly interesting life.
Arm death today. I’m going to be so sore tomorrow. So worth it. I like how when I do arms I have to periodically loosen my mp3 player armband cos my arms get swoll haha.
Feeling better today. I started drinking coffee again and had a whole pot. Who knew the key to happiness was an all-natural caffeinated beverage!
